Will you sell your art to me as a NFT?
No. Please do not ask.

I live in the Phoenix area. Can I pick up a painting instead of having it delivered?
Yes! We can make arrangements for a convenient location, date, and time to meet in the Phoenix metro area. Take advantage of not having to pay for shipping! However, pick-up currently only applies to original artwork and not any other products. Local pick-up is an option when checking out with an original painting in your cart.

How much is shipping for original paintings?
I use a fixed shipping fee based on the painting's size, weight, and delivery location.

What’s the difference between a giclee and a traditional lithographic print?
A true giclee print will use pigment-based inks, archival materials and a wide format printer that can hold up to 12 colors.
A lithographic print, or cheaper art print, is usually printed on a lower end printer, using dye-based inks and paper of a lower quality/not considered fine art paper, and therefore, not archival.
A giclee print is the closest reproduction of an artwork that is physically possible and are designed to last 75 years or more - it will likely outlive you!
Giclee prints look nearly identical to the original artwork, but for a fraction of the cost.

Signed prints?
Unless noted, the prints are not signed. As an alternative, I include a Certificate of Authenticity with prints 11x14 inches or larger.
If you would like to include the artist’s signature and happen to be local, I’m happy to meet in the Phoenix area to sign your print, at a time convenient for you!
If you are not local to the Phoenix metro area and would like your print signed, please let me know by simply contacting me through this site, or via email. Provide your location in your message to me, so I can provide you with a quote on the shipping cost. Please understand that there will be a small delay in the delivery time of your order, since it needs to be shipped to me first.
Signed prints are the only prints that do not include shipping.
All prints, signed or not, include tracking.

Returns
Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your order for any reason! Your satisfaction is of utmost importance.
I typically do not accept refunds unless your product was damaged during shipping or a mistake occurred during production (if it was produced by a third-party). Please contact me via email within 48 hours of receiving your item if this happens. I will do my best to resolve the issue.
No refunds/exchanges on clothing/wearable products due to needing a size exchange - sorry! Please refer to size charts provided.
No refunds/exchanges on original artwork and giclee prints (signed or unsigned).
